Woo Beads is limited to selling In the UK only.

 

Woo Beads designs.

All of the designs at Woo Beads are created by the Woo Beads designers. They are therefore NOT to be copied and resold as your own designs.

The Items at this store are only to be purchased for your own personal use and not to be resold anywhere else. 

 

Shipping and handling.

Items will be carefully packaged to avoid breakages.

We will do our best to ensure that the items will be posted quickly.

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

 

 

 

 

Returns policy

Our returns policy is very simple. If you are unhappy with your item you have received you must e-mail us within 7 days of receiving it.

 Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Delivery charges are not included in our refunds.

To return your item:-

  1.   You e-mail us at - woobeads@hotmail.com stating the item you bought and the reason for returning. We also need your Name, Address and invoice details.

 2. We e-mail you a reply confirming the return address.

 3. We will then refund you via PayPal once we receive the item.

 

Earrings

Earrings are a separate issue.

 We do not refund earrings as due to hygiene purposes they cannot be resold or worn by anyone else.

 

Please Be Careful - Jewellery Care.

Many of our items of jewellery contain small pieces or represent food.

Please keep out of reach of children as these can be swallowed and cause choking.  They are not edible and not suitable for children.

 

We also advise, as with all jewellery, to wait for perfume/deodorant/ Hair Spray/Chemicals to dry before putting on the jewellery to prevent fading.  Semi-precious stones & pearls especially can be  damaged by perfume. They can Loose there colour and can damage a stone that has been highly polished.  Glass beads are not as prone to the effects of these items but we still advise the same.

 

Silver and Gold Items can tarnis over time, So it is best to lightly clean the jewellery items with a polishing cloth. Semi-presiouse stones & Glass also benafit from a light clean aswell, for this soft cloth or damp tissues are helpful.
